Cancellation Policy
- Service cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled service start time.
- Once a caregiver, attendant, nurse, or healthcare professional has been assigned and dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.
- Emergency services may not be eligible for cancellation.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only in genuine cases where services could not be delivered by Home Care Service.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, or administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after service confirmation.
- Service interruption caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
- Services already rendered or partially completed.
